The traditional "waterfall" method can be frustrating, with its inflexible plans, slow release cycles, and lack of agility. Fortunately, the Agile revolution brought new options that promise faster releases and greater flexibility.
However, with so many Agile frameworks to choose from, it can be difficult to know which is the best fit for your team. Kanban is a system that works well when requirements change frequently. There are no predetermined sprints, which means it can respond more quickly to new priorities. The Kanban board visualizes the flow of work through the system, and the main focus is to maintain this continuous flow.
However, Kanban can feel less structured than Scrum. The lack of sprint goals can sometimes lead to a lack of direction, and unfinished tasks may stay in the "In Progress" stage if there's no strong discipline.
